Takeda in Zurich, Switzerland, is seeking a Patient Services Governance Lead to provide enterprise‑level governance for patient services across the patient journey, including PSPs, diagnostic services, access, and home care. You will work within the Medical Governance Office to establish standards and review pathways across markets.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Patient Services / PSP governance, or related functions.
• Experience across multiple countries, regions or markets with varied regulatory environments.
• Strong understanding of PSPs, patient services, and global vendor-enabled healthcare services.

Aufgaben

• Establish and evolve enterprise governance standards for Patient Services across markets.
• Define practical decision criteria and review tools for governance pathways.
• Partner with SPD, MCE, LOC Patient Services leaders and country organizations to implement governance.
• Define lifecycle governance from concept/intake through review, approval, implementation, monitoring, and retirement.
• Translate governance expectations into usable operating materials (templates, checklists, SOP inputs).
• Enable consistent governance review by coordinating cross-functional input from Medical, PV, Quality, Regulatory, Privacy, Legal, Digital/DD&T, Access, Procurement, and Vendor Management.
• Assess new or scaled patient services to determine governance pathway and oversight needs.
• Maintain visibility of emerging patient support models and harmonize governance approaches.
