Job summary

Qualifications

MD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
10+ years in biopharmaceutical industry with Medical Affairs experience.
6+ years in capability development or talent strategy.
Proven competency framework design in global pharma.
Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of global competency frameworks and role archetypes.
Define and oversee capability maturity models and measurement standards.
Develop a multi-year capability roadmap aligned with Vision 2030.
Co-create with global stakeholders across regions and functions.
Govern external capability development with a USD 1–2M annual budget.
