Takeda in Zurich, Switzerland seeks a Global Medical Core Capability Strategy Lead at Director level. This role designs enterprise-wide competency frameworks, archetypes, and capability roadmaps for Medical Excellence.

Based in Zurich, you will partner with Global Medical leadership to align frameworks with Transformation priorities and scientific training curricula. You will drive performance standards, evolve the capability architecture, and oversee Bloom learning content and CXF integrations,

Qualifications

MD/PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in biopharmaceuticals, medical affairs or equivalent.
Experience in capability development and talent strategy.
Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsabilités

Lead the design and development of the global competency framework and role archetypes.
Develop the capability maturity model with clear progression standards and measurement.
Translate Vision 2030 into a multi-year capability roadmap across Global Medical.
Ensure alignment of frameworks with enterprise transformation priorities and BU needs.
Govern content and learning assets within the Bloom/CXF ecosystem and manage external partnerships.
