Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent advanced scientific or medical degree required/preferred.
• Significant capability development and medical excellence experience is expected.
• Strong understanding of capability architecture and performance standards in a global pharma context.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and development of global competency frameworks and role archetypes.
• Own capability maturity model and progression standards for global Medical organization.
• Develop a multi-year capability roadmap aligned to Vision 2030 and enterprise priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure frameworks fit BU contexts and markets.
• Govern content and integration with learning ecosystems and CXF platform.
