BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Senior Manager, Medical Excellence, International to lead medical excellence initiatives across Medical Affairs. You’ll collaborate with Medical Directors, Field Medical, and cross-functional teams to ensure scientifically rigorous, compliant communications in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes development of scientific education content, training programs, and strong vendor management, with a focus on international medical strategy and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related field required.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred (PhD/MD/PharmD/MSc).
• 7+ years Medical Affairs experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong scientific writing and editing skills.
• Experience developing scientific platforms, messages, and training with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with external vendors and MLR processes.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international medical excellence initiatives across Medical Affairs, including scientific communications and training.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, scientifically rigorous communications.
• Develop high‑quality scientific and medical education content for congresses, symposia, advisory boards and internal training.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory and Medical reviewers to ensure accuracy and compliance in communications.
• Manage onboarding and capability-building programs for Medical Affairs.
• Oversee relationships with medical communications agencies and vendors for on‑time, on‑budget deliverables.
• Contribute to standards, processes and tools to elevate medical excellence across areas like Field Medical and analytics.
