Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in biopharma, with Medical Affairs experience.
• 6+ years in capability development or closely related roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in competency framework design and global pharmaceutical context.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Takeda Medical's global competency frameworks and role archetypes across all Medical roles.
• Own the capability maturity model and progression standards for structured assessment and development.
• Evolve the capability architecture to reflect enterprise changes and external Medical Affairs landscape.
• Translate the Vision 2030 into a multi-year capability roadmap aligned with enterprise transformation.
• Define measurable performance indicators and embed them in the Bloom learning ecosystem; contribute to CXF integration.
• Collaborate with global leaders to ensure coherent integration of frameworks with curricula and governance.
• Oversee Bloom content governance and vendor partnerships, managing external spend (USD 1–2M annually).
