  • Develop high‑quality scientific and medical education content for congresses, symposia, advisory boards, internal training and other settings, ensuring alignment with the medical strategy
  • Partner with Legal, Regulatory and Medical reviewers to ensure all scientific and medical communications are accurate, balanced and compliant, in line with the Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review process

Where You’ll Work
  • This is an office role and requires in‑office collaboration 2-3 days per week in our Zug office
  • No relocation is offered
  • Travel (approximately 10-20%) may be required to support scientific congresses, advisory boards, training sessions and internal meetings
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related scientific discipline is required; an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc) is strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of Medical Affairs experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, in one or more of the following areas: scientific/medical communications, field medical, medical training, or related medical excellence functions
  • Strong scientific writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical and scientific data into clear, accurate, audience‑appropriate materials
  • Demonstrated experience developing scientific platforms, key messages, and training or capability‑building programs in partnership with cross‑functional medical and clinical teams
  • Experience managing external vendors/agencies and navigating MLR review processes; familiarity with grants, sponsorships, or contracting processes is an advantage
  • Versatile and adaptable, able to shift between medical excellence priorities as business needs evolve
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills; experience in rare disease is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
