Biogen is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to enable the execution of global marketing priorities by managing operational processes for coordinating, approving, deploying, and tracking tactics and materials across markets.

You will provide project management and operational support for marketing initiatives, including agency coordination, congress support, vendor management, budget tracking, and content deployment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or related discipline preferred.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Additional language capabilities are considered an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage execution of marketing projects, campaign deliverables, congress materials, asset deployment, and operational support activities.
• Coordinate agency and vendor activities, timelines, SOWs, PO's, budget tracking, invoice management, and follow-up.
• Support promotional review readiness with document prep, references, routing, revisions, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support global-to-local content deployment, repository management, content distribution, and affiliate communication.
• Track project status, identify risks, report progress, and suggest process improvements.
