Biogen, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking an experienced marketing leader to develop and execute global marketing initiatives for a product or disease area. You will translate brand strategy into tactical plans, oversee campaigns, congress activities, and content, and work with Medical, Market Access, Analytics, Regulatory, and regional teams to align activities with business goals.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's Degree required.
MBA, Master's Degree or equivalent preferred.
Fluent written and spoken English required.
Additional language capabilities are advantageous.

Aufgaben

Develop and execute integrated marketing tactics, campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and content programs aligned to brand objectives.
Lead agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, review, and deploy marketing materials and campaign assets.
Support brand planning through customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance tracking.
Manage congress planning, external stakeholder engagement activities, promotional review processes, and asset deployment across markets.
Manage project budgets, agency spend, statements of work, timelines, KPIs, and campaign performance reporting.
