Biogen is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive the execution of global marketing priorities, coordinating processes across international markets and ensuring on-time delivery within budget and policy frameworks.

The role supports agency coordination, congress materials, vendor management, and content deployment, collaborating with Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Finance, and affiliates.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline or approved equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in pharma/biotech marketing operations or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage execution of marketing projects, campaign deliverables, congress materials, asset deployment, and operational support activities.
• Coordinate agency and vendor activities, including timelines, SOWs, POs, budget tracking, invoice management, and follow-up.
• Support promotional review readiness by coordinating document prep, routing, revisions, approval tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support global-to-local content deployment, repository management, content distribution, and affiliate communication.
• Track project status, identify risks, provide progress reporting, and suggest process improvements.
