Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Neurocrine's global MAP strategy and operating model for commercial and development-stage assets across asset lifecycle and geography.
• Establish scalable processes, governance, and operations tailored to each asset, patient population, geography and development stage.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Lifecycle Management, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory and other functions to determine MAP fit, objectives, scope and timing.
• Prioritize countries/regions and assess feasibility considering unmet need, regulatory pathways, demand, availability, launch plans, pricing and supply.
• Incorporate MAP planning into asset lifecycle and launch planning beyond reacting to individual patient requests.
• Develop strategies to meet immediate patient needs while maintaining flexibility for approvals, reimbursement and footprint changes.
