BeOne seeks an Associate Director, global value, access, pricing and reimbursement launch-readiness for an assigned asset across geographies. You will translate pivotal evidence and payer landscape into global access strategies and country-ready toolkits to secure timely reimbursement at launch and through lifecycle.

Reporting to a Director in GVAP Hematology, you will collaborate with HEOR, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, and regional teams to optimize asset reimbursement and pricing, and to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, pharmacy, health policy, business, or a related field; advanced degree (MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or MBA) strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of biopharmaceutical experience, with a substantial portion in global value, access, pricing, and reimbursement roles.
• Experience developing global pricing and market access strategy for oncology/hematology products, ideally including launch readiness.
• Strong understanding of pivotal-trial evidence interpretation and comparator/competitive assessment in oncology or hematology.

Responsabilités

• Develop global pricing and reimbursement strategies aligned to pivotal evidence.
• Coordinate with HEOR, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Clinical Development, and regional access teams.
• Lead global value dossiers, HTA submission content, and payer value evidence in partnership with HEOR.
