Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Market Access Strategy, International to shape the value narrative and lead pricing and reimbursement across multiple international markets.

You will report to the VP, Head of Market Access, International and work with regional teams to harmonize access strategies with clinical value. The role emphasizes securing timely patient access, managing dossiers and negotiations, and building scalable processes while engaging with HTA bodies and payers

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading HTA submissions and pricing negotiations across multiple international markets.
• Strong knowledge of international healthcare systems, pricing, and regulatory environments.
• Experience generating data for HTA submissions with external networks of agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent payer perspective in cross-functional, cross-regional teams to optimize pricing and market access for the asset.
• Collaborate with HEOR and clusters' leadership, Marketing and Clinical Development to ensure value and access optimization.
• Lead early payer engagement with key HTA bodies (e.g. NICE UK, G-BA) to inform evidence generation and reimbursement dossiers.
• Interact with internal and external experts in pricing, health economics, patient advocacy, HTA authorities, and policy makers.
• Provide hands-on support and train local access teams on negotiation strategy and ensure submissions align to global/international strategy.
