Job summary

Piaget in Geneva is seeking a Store Design and Planning Project Manager to lead architectural design and strategic project leadership across Piaget’s global retail network. You will drive flagship, boutique, and shop-in-shop concepts while guiding regional teams and traveling internationally to shape our prestige projects.

The role requires a track record in luxury store design, collaboration with Retail, VM, Marketing, Product and Client Experience teams, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Retail Design, with at least 7 years specifically in luxury Store Design and Planning.
• Proven track record leading flagship retail projects and premium architectural developments within luxury or international premium brands.
• Deep understanding of retail design development, construction detailing, and luxury client experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary international teams and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for Piaget Flagships, Boutiques, and Shop-in-Shops, from concept to approval.
• Collaborate closely with internal Retail, VM, Marketing, Product, and Client Experience teams.
• Validate architectural proposals and shop drawings, ensuring adherence to Piaget’s store design guidelines.
• Lead aesthetic maintenance and evolution of Piaget’s retail concepts and standards.
