Luxury Experts partners with a prestigious Swiss luxury Maison to recruit a Store Design Manager. The role leads boutique, pop-up, and retail design projects across international markets, ensuring every touchpoint mirrors the brand's identity and uncompromising standards.

You will guide global retail concepts, manage openings/renovations, coordinate architects and suppliers, and elevate the customer journey with luxury craftsmanship and storytelling.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Design, or a closely related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience managing retail design projects within luxury retail, premium brands, hospitality, jewellery or watchmaking.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience delivering multiple international projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• A strong appreciation for luxury craftsmanship, design excellence, and brand storytelling.

Aufgaben

• Drive the Global Retail Vision: Develop and evolve the brand's retail design concepts across all retail formats.
• Lead International Retail Projects: Manage new boutique openings, renovations, relocations, and pop-up activations worldwide.
• Partner with Global Stakeholders: Collaborate with regional teams, brand stakeholders, and retail partners across markets.
• Enhance Retail Experience & Visual Identity: Develop and maintain retail design standards, furniture collections, and fixture specifications.
• Lead and mentor a Retail Designer; Foster collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence within the team.
