Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Business/Marketing field.
- 15+ years in architecture, industrial design and luxury retail merchandising.
- Experience leading a team.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills.
Aufgaben
- Define and protect La Prairie’s global retail experience across formats.
- Drive luxury brand alignment between design, merchandising and governance.
- Create global design principles and guardrails for execution.
- Lead CAPEX-aware retail design projects with quality control.
- Align global and local stakeholders for strategic decisions.
- Develop team capability and drive cross-regional capability building.
