Aufgaben

• Lead the design and implementation of retail concepts for SWATCH POS in accordance with the brand's identity and global design standards.
• Manage the entire store design lifecycle from concept to construction coordination and project completion.
• Plan and control project budgets, including cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring on-time delivery, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, landlords, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Coordinate and supervise external teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear communication with management, providing regular updates on milestones, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify and address challenges with professionalism and solution orientation.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Benchmark investment proposals before project initiation and monitor costs.
