Job summary

Piaget is seeking an Org Design and Transformation Manager to report to the Chief People Officer and work with our executive team globally. You will shape Piaget's structure, improve ways of working, and lead change initiatives across markets.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in management/strategy consulting or transformation roles, ideally in Luxury Retail, with a track record in organizational design and change delivery. Fluent English and French are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, HR or related field.
• Certifications in Change Management or Project Management are a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in management/strategy consulting or in-house transformation/HR PMO roles.
• Experience in Luxury/Retail, preferably in luxury retail, with understanding of customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational design and operating model optimization across headquarters and global markets.
• Optimize workflows and cross-functional collaboration to enhance agility and efficiency.
• Lead organizational projects with timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communication.
• Champion change management for successful adoption of new models.
• Support workforce planning with HR partners to align resources with needs.
• Foster engagement and continuous improvement aligned with Piaget values.
