PSA BDP Switzerland GmbH, Basel, is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to own shipments from order to invoicing. You will coordinate end-to-end logistics, monitor transport orders, and act as the main contact for customers, carriers, and internal teams.

With 3+ years in international logistics, you will ensure on-time execution, compliance with Incoterms and DG rules, and proactive shipment updates. A base in Basel with flexible hours and competitive remuneration awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international logistics operations, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with TMS/ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and DG awareness.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics shipments from order placement through delivery and invoicing.
• Plan, book, and monitor transport orders with proactive tracking and tracing.
• Serve as main contact for customers, carriers, overseas offices, customs partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships by providing shipment updates and handling operational enquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to ensure smooth workflows.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to meet KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company procedures, and regulations.
• Prepare shipment documentation and support accurate invoicing and financial completion.
