Swatch Group Services is seeking a Senior Transportation Specialist to support daily operations for European distribution and export activities. You will monitor transport flows, advise on delivery and return experiences, and drive improvements with project teams.

Ideal candidates have a federal or bachelor level qualification in business/supply chain, hands-on experience in import/export, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP SD/MM. Fluency in English with French/German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Federal or similar qualification in business/supply chain is required or highly preferred.
• Hands-on mindset with experience in import/export and eCommerce shipments.
• Experience with ticketing tools, customer care or order management systems is an advantage.
• Team player with social competence and proactive problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Serve Swatch Group watch brands and country subsidiaries on daily operational requests.
• Care and troubleshoot daily operations to support European Distribution Center and countries.
• Monitor transport activities from the distribution center and ensure smooth information flow between stakeholders.
• Act as transportation specialist for delivery and return experience.
• Challenge current processes with the project team to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Operate daily dashboards to monitor activities and provide insights to decision makers and stakeholders.
• Be a team member of European, international transportation and export for daily operations and analysis.
