Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in pharma/biotech leadership roles.
• Proven biotech product launch experience.
• Direct affiliate in-market experience.
• P&L ownership preferred.

• Develop global commercialization strategies to maximize revenue.
• Own short-term brand plans to hit immediate revenue targets.
• Lead Global Marketing to develop campaigns and omni-channel content.
• Provide commercial input for lifecycle management and indication expansion.
• Maintain ownership of the target product profile throughout lifecycle.
• Support asset value maximization through launch and lifecycle management.
• Drive product development strategies for pipeline indications and disease expansion.
• Partner with regional teams and affiliates to forecast opportunities.
• Lead competitive intelligence and market leadership efforts.
• Engage external stakeholders, including clinicians, policy stakeholders, and advocacy groups.
• Plan and execute launch readiness and execution when relevant.
• Drive cross-functional alignment in a matrix organization.
