Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, life sciences or related).
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) preferred.
• 15+ years of pharma/biotech experience.
• Biotech product launch experience.
• Direct affiliate in-market experience.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in rare, transplant, neuro, or immuno sectors.
• 5+ years of ex-US experience preferred.
• Strong leadership in cross-functional alignment within a matrix.
• Expertise in external stakeholder engagement and competitive intelligence.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead global commercialization strategies to maximize revenue across key markets.
• Own and implement short-term brand plans with focus on immediate revenue targets.
• Lead Global Marketing in campaigns, messages, and omni-channel content.
• Provide input into long-term strategic decisions, including lifecycle management.
• Maintain ownership of the target product profile throughout its lifecycle.
• Support asset value maximization through launch and lifecycle management.
• Drive product development strategies for pipeline indications and disease expansion.
• Partner with regional teams and G10 affiliates to forecast opportunities.
• Lead competitive intelligence and market leadership efforts.
• Engage external stakeholders including clinicians, policy stakeholders, and advocacy groups.
• Plan and execute launch readiness and execution where relevant.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and lead teams in a matrix environment.
