Telix Pharmaceuticals is expanding its International Business presence and seeks a Director, Sales Force Effectiveness & Launch Excellence to own launch frameworks, a fit-for-purpose Salesforce CRM, and an integrated competitive intelligence function across IB markets.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, cross-cultural credibility, and the ability to build processes in a lean environment, with regular international travel from Geneva or other IB regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech, with 3+ years in SFE/Launch Excellence.
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience; global SFDC exposure ideal.
• Experience in oncology or radiopharmaceuticals preferred; international roles.
• Strong ability to build and operationalize CI processes across regions.

Aufgaben

• Design and maintain a standardized International launch excellence framework and KPI dashboards.
• Partner with regional leads to embed launch frameworks into local plans.
• Lead the IB Salesforce CRM build for radiopharmaceutical markets.
• Develop and maintain competitive intelligence processes and live trackers.
• Provide hands-on support to regional teams during critical launches and roll-ups.
