Job summary

Biogen International GmbH seeks a Launch Excellence Lead to govern and optimize global launch readiness for SKYCLARYS across ~50 markets. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive launch plans, and implement innovative tools to accelerate decision-making and commercial execution.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma/biotech, strong strategic acumen, and experience with rare diseases. Expect international travel up to 15% and permanent, 100% on-site deployment in Baar.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• 3+ years in strategic or tactical roles supporting launch readiness.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experience applying AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to accelerate decision-making.
• Experience in Rare Disease/Neuromuscular is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as the primary Launch Excellence partner for global cross-functional teams to deliver impactful launch plans.
• Drive strategic and operational rigor in building and managing integrated launch plans across programs and markets.
• Track, review and disseminate best practices across regions to drive excellence in execution.
• Act as an integrator across functions, regions, and markets to enable operational execution of launch priorities.
• Build and maintain tools to plan and track launch progress, including KPI dashboards.
