Job summary

Biogen seeks a Global Launch Excellence Lead to own end-to-end governance, readiness, and execution for SKYCLARYS across ~50 markets. You will lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams to build robust launch plans, drive readiness, and maximize launch excellence using AI-enabled insights.

You will partner with regional teams to monitor performance, disseminate best practices, and advance organizational capabilities for impactful launches and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with launch experience.
• Strong commercial experience; regional/global exposure preferred.
• Proven AI fluency and experience applying analytics to accelerate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as the primary Launch Excellence partner for global cross-functional teams across Regulatory, PO&T, Global Product Strategy and Commercialization, Development, and Global Medical Affairs guiding teams through key planning milestones to deliver impactful launch plans.
• Drive integrated launch plans including timelines, budgets, interdependencies and risks that support product and company objectives across multiple programs.
• Track, review and synthesize best practices, disseminating across regions to drive execution excellence.
• Act as an integrator across functions, programs, regions and markets, removing barriers to enable execution of launch priorities.
• Build and maintain tools to plan and track launch progress (launch KPI metrics) and dashboards to enhance collaboration.
• Coordinate the development of impactful presentations for strategic planning and launch status updates for governance committees.
• Define and drive the global engagement strategy across HCPs, patients, and caregivers, aligning with brand objectives.
