Novartis is seeking a Launch Excellence Director to drive successful, consistent launches for priority Immunology and CRM assets across International markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement the Launch Excellence Framework, LRRs, One Brand Plan governance, and pre-launch indicators, strengthening readiness and execution worldwide.

• Serve as strategic Launch Excellence partner for priority assets across Immunology and CRM.
• Translate asset strategies into launch roadmaps, milestones, and decision points.
• Plan and facilitate Launch Readiness Reviews (LRRs) and governance.
• Drive adoption of Launch Excellence frameworks and One Brand Plan across markets.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; enable cross-market knowledge sharing.
