Viatris is seeking a Director of Global Commercial Strategy & Launch Planning to lead the long-range commercial plan for key products, including pricing, access, and launch sequencing. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in pharma/biotech commercial work, 5+ years in launch planning, and an advanced degree such as MBA, MSc, or PharmD.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business; advanced degree such as MBA, MSc, PharmD, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience, including global or regional leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years in new product planning, portfolio strategy, commercial strategy, launch planning, or related roles.
• Experience developing, integrating, or pressure-testing business cases, forecasts, investment scenarios, country plans, launch readiness frameworks.
• Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, affordability, and healthcare system dynamics in shaping commercial strategy.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain the long-range commercial plan for Selatogrel, incl. market sizing and access assumptions.
• Design scalable go-to-market models and launch sequencing.
• Partner with Global Market Access and HEOR to translate payer insights into brand strategy and launch tools.
• Manage the global commercial budget with Finance; align investments with launch readiness.
• Lead strategic workstreams, business case development, and scenario planning with executive impact.
• Develop, track, and align the organization around launch performance metrics.
