Novartis seeks an Executive Clinical Program Leader to guide Translational Clinical Oncology programs from early targets to late-stage development, partnering with development teams to accelerate portfolio advancement.

You will mentor colleagues, oversee external collaborations, ensure GCP-compliant trials, and contribute to publications and business development reviews as part of advancing cancer therapies.

Qualifikationen

• MD required; MD/PhD preferred.
• Board certification in Hematology-Oncology.
• 7+ years leading global early-phase hematology-oncology clinical programs.
• Strong translational hematology/oncology and clinical research experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership and mentoring ability.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic medical and scientific leadership across early oncology development programs.
• Represent Translational Clinical Oncology programs at internal governance and leadership boards.
• Lead clinical strategy development and provide input for clinical studies and preclinical projects.
• Review study documents, protocols, investigator brochures, and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to business development, licensing evaluations, and portfolio reviews.
• Lead external collaborations and strategic partnerships.
• Mentor colleagues and ensure ethical conduct of trials (GCP compliant).
• Engage with external experts and health authorities to support early oncology development.
• Contribute to scientific publications, abstracts, and presentations.
