Zusammenfassung

Michael Page is recruiting for a Geneva-based foundation to join as an HR Assistant. You will manage the employee lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding, contracts, and HR documentation, while ensuring data accuracy.

You will also support Swiss social insurance matters, liaise with payroll and HR teams, and act as a point of contact for staff and managers. Fluent French is mandatory and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator.
• Fluent French is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance (AVS, AI, APG, LPP, LAA, etc.).
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

• Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
