Job summary

Holcim, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, seeks a Group Investigations Manager to assess and manage misconduct concerns and determine when investigations are warranted. You will lead investigations posing elevated risk, collaborate with HR, Legal & Compliance, and Group Security, and coordinate with regional case managers to ensure rigorous, timely reporting.

The role requires strong ethics, impartial judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive cases.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage concerns reported through company channels and determine if an investigation is warranted.
• Manage and conduct investigations of misconduct allegations posing a heightened risk to the company.
• Be the first point of contact for regional and local case managers in HR, Legal & Compliance, Group Internal Control and Group Security.
• Define and manage integrated root-cause analysis for investigations; assess causes and recommend remedial action.
• Support the development of case studies and best practices to raise awareness of ethics and compliance risks.
• Prepare comprehensive investigative reports and memoranda in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate, current case information in Holcim’s internal Whistleblowing case management tool.
