Kroll is seeking an Associate Manager for Investigations, Diligence and Compliance in Zurich. You will oversee Swiss client engagements, guide a team, and ensure due diligence reports are clear, accurate and well-structured.

The role emphasizes English report writing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate across multiple high-risk investigations while collaborating with diverse teams. This is a full-time Zurich-based position.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of financial crime, compliance, economic or related fields is required.
• Strong English writing skills are required.
• Reading comprehension in another language (German, French, Arabic or Russian) is beneficial.
• 3–5 years of experience researching and writing reports in English.
• 1–2 years of experience managing client relationships is preferred.
• Undergraduate or graduate degrees, especially in the social sciences, are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset are important.
• Ability to summarize information from multiple sources into concise analytical assessments.

Aufgaben

• Directly oversee engagements from Swiss clients, and meet client needs in a timely and satisfactory way.
• Provide direction and constructive feedback to team members to ensure successful execution of work.
• Review due diligence reports to ensure they are presented logically and address the clients’ central questions.
• Manage multiple assignments from start to finish, conducting in-depth research using public records, commercial and proprietary databases, media sources and the internet.
• Analyze research findings, synthesize relevant information, and draft high-quality, objective reports.
• Support marketing initiatives by attending networking events.
