Job summary

Holcim is seeking a Group Investigations Manager to assess and manage misconduct concerns while supporting regional HR, Legal & Compliance teams. You will plan, conduct, and document investigations to protect the company and uphold ethics and compliance standards.

You will lead investigations, provide case insights, and foster collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the organization. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethics and unquestionable integrity.
• Fluent in English; French and German verbal/written communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage concerns through company channels to determine if an investigation is warranted.
• Manage and conduct investigations of misconduct posing heightened risk to the company.
• Be the primary contact for regional/local case managers in HR, Legal & Compliance, Group Internal Control and Group Security.
