You will shape integrated development strategies and enable high-quality portfolio decisions, influencing across regulatory and portfolio teams.

The role requires deep scientific leadership, strong communication, and a track record of advancing immunology programs with diverse modalities.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or PharmD in pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, pharmaceutics, biochemistry, or related field.
• Significant biopharmaceutical industry experience, typically 12+ years, including senior leadership.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement integrated platform and program strategies from discovery through registration.
• Support data-driven decisions and development strategies for the immunology portfolio.
• Oversee PK, clinical pharmacology, bioanalytical and quantitative pharmacology contributions to regulatory submissions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure rigorous program execution.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing scientific team and mentor scientists.
