Zusammenfassung

Amgen in Switzerland seeks a Value, Access & Policy Associate to drive case-by-case patient access to Amgen products under senior guidance. You will help expand umbrella contracts, support external engagement, and contribute to VA&P projects with research and stakeholder mapping.

This role reports to the Director Value, Access & Policy and sits within the VA&P team. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in economics, biomedical science or law, with relevant Swiss healthcare experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in economics, biomedical science (e.g., pharmacology, molecular biology, medicine) or law.
• Experience with Swiss health care system contexts is required or very relevant.

Aufgaben

• Manage case-by-case reimbursement processes with health insurers under project lead.
• Support expansion of umbrella contracts with insurers and industry standards.
• Assist implementation of IT solutions to improve efficiency in off-label areas.
• Engage in External Engagement within industry associations and SGV fora to shape access pathways.
• Support VA&P projects with research, stakeholder mapping and intelligence gathering.
• Attend internal and external meetings to improve connectivity across functions.
• Monitor market developments and adjust VA&P strategy as needed.
