Job summary

Biogen seeks a senior leader to head Immunology within Global Customer Engagement & Operations (CE&O). You will partner with franchise, regional and country leaders to define a strategic roadmap, ensure launch readiness, and deliver measurable business outcomes through insights, omnichannel engagement, and analytics.

You will lead cross‑functional teams across markets, drive governance, and coach the International Immunology CMI team, building capability and collaboration to translate strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech with senior leadership experience.
• Recent Immunology experience; nephrology exposure is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial leadership across in-market and above-market/global or regional roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, prioritization, and delivery of Global CE&O Immunology requirements across PDCs, regions, and priority markets.
• Define strategic roadmap for GCE&O with milestones and tangible deliverables.
• Drive KPI monitoring, dashboards, and risk/opportunity assessments to inform leadership decisions.
