• Lead planning, prioritization, and delivery of Global CE&O Immunology requirements across PDCs, regions, and priority markets.
• Partner with franchise, regional, and country stakeholders to define a strategic roadmap with milestones and deliverables.
• Drive governance, KPI monitoring, dashboards, and risk/opportunity assessments informing leadership decisions.
• Ensure launch readiness and alignment of GCE&O activities with strategic imperatives.
• Provide coaching and development to the International Immunology CMI team and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Monitor external trends and best practices to integrate CE&O solutions across Immunology and the broader org.
