International Organisation in Geneva seeks a HR Rewards & Compensation Analyst to support the annual salary review, job grading initiatives and related rewards projects in a complex, international environment.

You will work with HRIS and Rewards specialists, contributing to analytics, reporting and tooling, and ensuring data accuracy across compensation datasets.

Fluent English is required; French is a strong asset, and prior experience in HR analytics or HRIS is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Analytics or HRIS.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Experience supporting annual salary review processes and compensation cycles.
• Exposure to job grading, job architecture or workforce planning initiatives is a strong asset.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and HR reporting tools.
• Experience collaborating with HRIS teams and participating in system testing activities (UAT).
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English required; French is a strong asset.

Aufgaben

• Support the planning and execution of the annual salary review process.
• Participate in compensation system configuration reviews and related testing activities (UAT and production testing).
• Liaise with HRIS teams regarding system, data and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of compensation tools, processes and methodologies.
• Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Support modelling exercises and compensation-related analyses.
• Assist Rewards Managers with data preparation, validation and analytical support.
