Denali Therapeutics invites you to lead our global HEOR strategy for ex-US markets, ensuring alignment with market access, regulatory and launch objectives. You will own the core global health economic model, oversee cost-effectiveness analyses, and guide real-world evidence to support HTA submissions in Europe and beyond.

Formación

• Graduate degree in health economics, epidemiology, health services research, or similar; 10+ years HEOR experience with MSc/MPH or 8+ years with PhD.
• Extensive experience leading HEOR evidence generation for HTA submissions across European and international markets.
• Direct engagement with HTA bodies such as G-BA/IQWiG, HAS, NICE, ZIN, CADTH, PBAC.
• Working knowledge of EU HTA Regulation and Joint Clinical Assessment processes.
• Ownership of global cost-effectiveness models and value dossiers.
• Expertise in modelling, evidence synthesis, PROs, statistics, and observational studies.
• Strong project management incl. contracting, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across clinical, medical, and commercial functions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the global HEOR strategy for ex-US markets aligned with launch objectives.
• Lead development of core global health economic model and cost-effectiveness analyses with documentation.
• Maintain global value dossier with literature reviews and indirect comparisons.
• Support EU JCA with PICO-driven planning and comparative analyses in partnership with Regulatory and Clinical teams.
• Serve as HEOR partner for international market access; provide global model and guidance.
• Oversee real-world evidence studies: registries, natural history, external controls, and resource use.
• Engage early with HTA bodies to inform evidence generation strategies and dossiers.
• Guide endpoint and PRO data collection strategies within development programs.
• Manage external HEOR vendors, budgets, and contracts.
• Contribute to HEOR standards and mentor colleagues as the function scales.
