About BeOne Medicines

BeOne Medicines is a global oncology company focused on discovering and developing innovative medicines to improve treatment outcomes and access for patients with cancer worldwide. With a growing portfolio and pipeline, BeOne operates in a dynamic, science-driven and highly cross-functional environment.

The Europe and New Markets HEOR team works across the hematology portfolio to generate evidence supporting the value of our medicines, European and country-level HTA and reimbursement and broader evidence needs throughout the product lifecycle.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced HEOR professional who can quickly integrate into the team and provide hands‑on support across a range of ongoing and emerging priorities. Given the short term nature of the assignment, the successful candidate should be comfortable rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership of projects and moving work forward with a high degree of independence.

The role requires someone who combines strong technical HEOR capabilities with a pragmatic and solution‑oriented mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills are important, as the individual will work with multiple teams across the organization, including HEOR, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs and Global functions, as well as external vendors and research partners.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities may evolve, can manage several workstreams simultaneously, and knows when to work independently versus when to bring the right stakeholders together to make decisions and resolve issues.
