Proclinical seeks a Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research to lead global HEOR strategies for diabetes and medical devices. This role focuses on evidence generation, economic modeling, and value communication to support access and HTA decisions.

The candidate will guide cross-functional teams, develop PRO endpoints, and drive publication programs while aligning HEOR with pricing and reimbursement strategies across markets.

• Bachelor's degree in life/health sciences; advanced degrees preferred.

Proclinical is seeking a Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead the development and execution of global HEOR strategies for current and future assets in the diabetes and medical devices space.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will collaborate across multiple teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and deliver impactful outcomes. This role focuses on driving evidence generation, economic modeling, and value communication to support access, reimbursement, and health technology assessments (HTA).

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in life/health sciences or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., Master's, PharmD) preferred.
• Extensive experience in HEOR leadership roles within the life sciences industry, including hands-on modeling expertise.
• Strong understanding of HEOR deliverables across the lifecycle of medical technologies.
• Expertise in economic modeling, real-world data analysis, and selecting appropriate data sources for HEOR analyses.
