Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Senior Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, International, to lead HEOR strategy across global markets from our Zug office. You will drive HTA submissions, manage evidence generation programs, and steer payer engagement with national and international bodies.

Strong leadership in cross-functional teams and global vendor management is essential. You will collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Launch Excellence to align HEOR

Qualifications

• Extensive HTA submissions and pricing negotiations across Europe.
• Deep HEOR expertise across international markets including rare diseases.
• Strong collaboration, cross-functional leadership and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the international HEOR strategy across markets.
• Oversee non-interventional studies and real-world evidence generation.
• Lead payer engagement with HTA bodies (NICE, HAS, etc.) for evidence strategy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
• Provide health economic modeling to support pricing and reimbursement.
• Manage external vendors, budgets, and contracts for HEOR studies.
