Revolution Medicines in Basel is seeking a Director, HEOR & RWE Europe to lead the European HEOR and RWE strategy for assigned assets across the product lifecycle. You will identify regional evidence needs and partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Development, and affiliates to align plans with regional HTA and payer expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, or related fields.
• Experience in oncology HEOR and RWE development.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with an advanced degree.
• Track record of high impact publications in HEOR and RWE.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of European HTA and price/reimbursement landscape.
• Ability to establish relationships with RWE experts.

Aufgaben

• Lead European HEOR and RWE strategy for assigned assets across the product lifecycle.
• Identify evidence needs and ensure plans address regional requirements with clear deliverables.
• Direct design and delivery of health economic models and real-world evidence.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory and affiliates.
• Engage external stakeholders in payer and HTA forums.
• Manage external vendors and ensure timely, quality outputs.
• Develop dissemination plans and value narratives for leadership and external audiences.
