The Global Fund seeks an Advisor, Strategy Development to shape a six-year Strategy and guide its evolution amid a changing global health and development landscape. You will translate evidence and stakeholder perspectives into strategic choices and manage architecture, governance, and programmatic implications.

You will lead defined workstreams, develop high-quality decision-support materials, and ensure rigorous, inclusive processes across the Secretariat and partnership.

Formación

• Advanced university degree in business administration, public health, international development, development economics or a related field.
• Experience in international management consultancy, public health or development organization.
• Experience in leading strategy and policy development processes.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and producing materials for senior decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic vision and design key components of the Strategy development process.
• Oversee and project manage strategy steps, coordinating input across the Secretariat and wider partnership.
• Develop background documents and board/committee materials to drive progress.
• Supervise junior team members on strategy workstreams and distill key insights.
• Lead engagement with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus on strategy direction.
