The Global Fund in Geneva is seeking an Advisor, Strategy Development to shape its six-year Strategy and guide decision-making across the Secretariat and partnership. You will lead defined components of the Strategy development process, translate complex evidence into strategic choices, and develop materials for the Strategy Committee and Board.

The role requires advanced degree and extensive experience in strategy, policy development, and stakeholder engagement, with excellence in communication

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in business administration, public health, international development, development economics or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic vision and design key components of the Strategy development process.
• Oversee and project manage key Strategy development steps with input from stakeholders across the Secretariat and wider partnership.
• Lead the development of background documents and papers to support decision-making and reporting to the Strategy Committee and Board.
• Supervise junior team members on strategy workstreams and distill key take-aways across health topics.
• Develop presentations and engage with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus on evolving Strategy direction.
• Draft Board and Committee presentations and papers.
• Collaborate with teams to prepare for Strategy operationalization and changes in direction, including policy development and monitoring frameworks.
