Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, and operations leadership.
• 8+ years leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple regions and cultures.
• Proven experience leading complex international fulfillment, logistics, distribution, transportation and 3PL operations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Digital.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation involving digital supply chain, automation, analytics, and process standardization.
• Experience managing supply chain risk and business continuity across global markets.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, logistics spend, and working capital improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the International Fulfillment strategy for Growth & Emerging Markets across diverse international markets.
• Provide executive leadership for Distribution Operations, Warehousing, Transportation, Import & Export Operations, Regional Deployment, 3PLs and Logistics Network Performance.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution across Commercial, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, and Logistics.
• Lead cross-functional governance to optimize the entire value chain and support IBP, S&OP and business continuity processes.
• Partner with regional commercial organizations to ensure supply chain capabilities support market expansion and new product launches.
• Lead transformation initiatives in Digital Supply Chain, Automation, Analytics, and Network Optimization to improve efficiency.
• Develop resilience strategies to mitigate geopolitical, regulatory, supplier, and market risks.
