Based at the Basel HQ, the role partners with cross-functional leaders to shape designs, cultures, and leadership capabilities that enable performance and engagement.

You will drive global OE initiatives in a matrix environment, manage transitions, and build resilient teams that align with Abbott's values.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with OE, change management and culture.
• Ability to diagnose, design, implement and measure OE solutions.
• 5+ years in global or enterprise leadership, managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence across levels.
• Experience in complex matrix environments and navigating global cultural dynamics.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into OE solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and team engagement experience.

• Evaluate and improve organizational structure, capabilities, roles, and workflows.
• Shape culture strategies to sustain a high-performing, inclusive environment.
• Facilitate leadership and team interventions to enhance trust and collaboration.
• Lead change management initiatives, identify risks, and readiness gaps.
• Partner with global HR leaders and navigate matrix environments to drive OE initiatives.
