Job summary

BD in Eysins, Vaud, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Director to lead the BD Excellence program across Europe. You will partner with the Europe Leadership Team to shape strategic priorities, drive continuous improvement, and embed data-based decision making in a matrix organization.

The role requires extensive change management, Kaizen experience, and the ability to travel 50-70%. An MBA or LEAN certification is preferred, with a track record building capability across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Marketing Leadership roles.
• Broad Commercial Experience with proven process improvements.
• Experience in medical devices or related regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influence Europe Leadership Team to drive BD Excellence strategies.
• Lead enterprise transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach leaders to embed BD Excellence in day-to-day operations.
• Deliver executive strategy deployment workshops and governance.
• Promote data-driven decision making and issue resolution.
