Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Group Finance Controller to lead and scale finance operations for a rapidly growing international tech business. You will report to the CFO, oversee group accounting, consolidation, and internal controls across entities and currencies, and drive automation and AI-enabled improvements.

You will develop the accounting team, own month-end close, coordinate statutory audits, and collaborate with FP&A on board and investor reporting, in a fully remote, globally oriented

Qualifications

• Significant experience in group accounting and controllership in a high-growth tech business.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, cross-entity consolidation, and multi-currency reporting.
• Proven track record building scalable accounting operations and processes.
• Experience with external audits, ideally Big Four, and statutory requirements.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA) or equivalent.
• Experience implementing or improving finance systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group accounting operations across entities, including R2R, O2C, P2P, and intercompany.
• Lead and develop the accounting team and improve processes.
• Own month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting quality.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, tax compliance, and payments.
• Coordinate group consolidation, FX accounting, and eliminations.
• Establish IFRS policies and accounting documentation.
• Develop internal controls and audit readiness for statutory audits.
• Collaborate with FP&A on management accounts and investor reporting.
• Improve finance systems infrastructure and automate processes.
• Drive AI and automation to enhance reconciliations and reporting.
