Jobgether is seeking a Senior Accountant to own multi-entity month-end closing in a fully remote international setting. You will supervise reconciliations, adapt ERP workflows, and strengthen financial controls across currencies and entities.

The role emphasizes subscription billing and revenue recognition, with extensive interaction across finance leadership and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and independence are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience and ownership of month-end closing.
• Strong skills in reconciliations, reporting, and documentation with issue resolution.
• Experience with NetSuite and multi-entity/multi-currency operations.
• Familiarity with SaaS subscription billing and revenue recognition processes.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end month-end close for entities and accounting areas with journaling and variance analysis.
• Manage bank reconciliations across 20+ accounts and multiple currencies.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and traceable balances.
• Oversee subscription billing, revenue workflows, and ERP sync issues.
• Support revenue recognition in NetSuite and resolve workflow delays.
• Oversee AP and expense processes, coding, approvals and documentation.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with prepayments, accruals, and intercompany items.
• Identify discrepancies and improve processes, systems, and controls.
• Develop SOPs and reconciliation checklists to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to accelerate close and improve reporting.
