Job summary

Omya Group in Oftringen is seeking a Supply Chain & Export Specialist to manage export processes, price calculations, and coordination with plants and selling units across assigned countries. You will handle shipments, documents, and banking instruments to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in international trade/export, strong knowledge of incoterms and L/C/CAD, and SAP MM/SD experience, with excellent English and stakeholder management in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with export processes and international trade documentation is essential.
• Strong knowledge of incoterms and L/C/CAD processes required.
• Proficiency with SAP MM/SD and CRM data handling is expected.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Process stock, third party and chain orders for assigned customers.
• Create price-offer calculations and coordinate with Omya plants and selling units.
• Handle shipment/export processing and document creation; coordinate with forwarders.
• Manage letters of credit, CAD and global transportation activities.
• Arrange inspections, legalization of documents, and customer bonus credits.
• Coordinate claims, send dunning letters, and manage credit limits in CRM.
• Provide admin support to sales managers and selling units.
